- –Usage data — pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns (anonymised).
- –Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- –Reviews & content — any rubber reviews or setup notes you submit voluntarily.
2. How We Use Your Data
- –To operate and improve the RubberPro service.
- –To send essential transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset).
- –To understand how features are used and prioritise improvements.
- –We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage
- –Your account and application data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on infrastructure compliant with GDPR requirements.
- –Data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS.
- –We retain your data for as long as your account is active, or as required by law.
4. Payments
- –All payments are processed by Stripe, a certified PCI DSS Level 1 payment processor.
- –RubberPro does not store credit card numbers or sensitive payment details.
- –Stripe's own privacy policy applies to all payment transactions.
5. Cookies
- –We use session cookies required for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
- –You can disable cookies in your browser, but this will prevent you from signing in.
6. Your Rights
- –You may request a copy of your personal data at any time.
- –You may request deletion of your account and all associated data via Settings → Delete Account.
