By creating an account or using RubberPro, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

–RubberPro is a table tennis equipment database and recommendation platform.
–We provide rubber and blade statistics, quiz-based recommendations, comparison tools, training tracking, and community reviews.
–The service is provided as-is. We make reasonable efforts to keep data accurate but cannot guarantee the completeness of all information.

–Free plan — access to basic rubber and blade library stats, a 5-question quiz, and promo blocks. No credit card required.
–Starter plan ($3/mo) — 30 scans per day, full 15-question quiz, all library stats, paddle profile save, compare tool, and email support.
–Pro plan ($6/mo) — unlimited scans, full quiz with pro player matching, training tracker, AI technique analysis, beta features, and priority support.
–Plan features may change. Material changes will be communicated via email.

–Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
–You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
–We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Contact us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund, no questions asked.
–Refunds beyond 30 days are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

–You may not use RubberPro for spam, scraping, or automated data collection.
–Account sharing between multiple users on a single account is not permitted.
–You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the service.
–Abuse, harassment, or submission of false/misleading reviews is prohibited.
–Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

–By submitting reviews, setup notes, or other content, you grant RubberPro a non-exclusive licence to display that content within the service.
–You retain ownership of your content. We do not sell user-generated content.
–We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or community standards.

–We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
–We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
–We are not liable for any loss arising from service modifications or downtime.

–RubberPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
–We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
–Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of RubberPro after changes constitutes acceptance. Last updated: January 1, 2025.
