FH-BH Two-Wing Attack

Partner blocks, you alternate FH and BH loops without moving your feet. Then add footwork. Develops equal-wing capability.

Transition Drill

Start in defense (push/block), find the right moment to transition to attack. Hybrids must master the moment of switch.

Open-Court Attack

10 min

Attack to all 3 zones (FH, middle, BH) in sequence. Hybrids cover the table and exploit every opening.
