Flat attack, high speed — you finish rallies before they develop.

You play with brute force. Every shot is a weapon — your FH is a wrecking ball and your goal is to end the rally fast. You don't wait for the perfect loop; you flatten the ball and drive through your opponent.

Cross-Court Power Loop

10 min

FH to FH, crosscourt only. Focus on full hip rotation and accelerating through the ball. 50 balls per set.

Flat Hit vs Block

8 min

Partner blocks, you flat hit every ball. Aim for consistency at max speed before going for angles.

Footwork Triangle

12 min

Coach feeds wide FH, middle, wide BH. Attack every ball. Develops the explosiveness Tanks need to cover the table.
